NeoStrata SKIN ACTIVE Tri-Therapy Lifting Serum

NeoStrata was kind enough to send me a bottle of their Tri-Therapy Lifting Serum. Now y'all know I'm only 28 years old...and a half...but, we all need a little skin love to prevent those fine lines and wrinkles. The experts say it is never too early to prevent those pesky fine lines and wrinkles!  

The truth is, when I don't see fast results from a product, I have a hard time using it consistently. OK, I just stop using it. That's the great thing about this serum - I saw the volumizing effects after just a few uses. I don't have my mom's wrinkles, but my skin does get dull and dry from the winter weather and constantly going from heat to cold and back to heat again. 

Confession: I never used as much sun screen as my mom wanted me to, and I have some sun spots. Even pigmentation is something I always look for in skin care. This helps with sun spots, acne scars and any other pigmentation issues.

I'm always overly cautious when I put a new product on my face, so I did a little pre-treatment research on Gluconolactone. It's a type of polyhydroxy acid that exfoliates but with less irritation than AHAs, so it is suitable for sensitive skin. Perfect! I still recommend trying a test area on the chin line to make sure you do not have an adverse reaction. The skin there is usually less sensitive, and you won't feel like everyone is staring at it when they talk to you!

The directions say to apply 3-5 drops of the serum to your face in both the morning and the evening. The texture is lightweight thanks to that Low Molecular Weigh Hyaluronic Acid, so you can put the serum on under your makeup. No caking or oil slicks in sight!

NeoStrata recommends you apply products in order of increasing viscosity. What does that mean for your morning and evening routines? Apply the Tri-Therapy Lifting Serum to a clean face before you apply your SPF moisturizer. At night, apply the Tre-Therapy Lifting Serum to a clean face before your night cream and after any retinol products you use.
